Our goal is to provide our customers with an enjoyable, worry-free home building experience. That’s why our team of home consultants will be your partner from start to finish: from selecting the right home, to obtaining financing, and locating & developing property. We realize that purchasing a new home is an important decision, maybe the biggest of your life, so we’ve made every effort to ensure a pressure-free, hassle-free building experience.

FINANCING INFORMATION

We have created the following workbook to help you accuarately understand all the pricing involved when building a manufactured or modular home.  As always, we encourage you to look at your leisure, and meet with your home consultant to review in detail.  We also have several site contractors willing to do site visits and free estimates so you can have accuarate site-specific figures to use.

In order to view or print any of the PDF documents below, you MUST have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. If you do not, Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for FREE by clicking on the link below:

Download a copy of our project worksheet to understand average construction costs.  We would be happy to sit down and review this with you and once your property is located, we can get even closer site estimates.

Invest in your new home

We are happy to work with your lender or ours.  We have a relationship with many local & national lenders who are well versed in new construction financing.  We are an approved lender with most financing companies and credit unions.
