Once your home is complete, we schedule a final walk through with you before you take occupancy. This is your opportunity to meet our service manager, Mike Trombley, and make sure your home is completed to your satisfaction. A service technician is also on hand to fix any issues he can right then, or if necessary, materials will be ordered for completion at a later date.

Later if you need us, we are just a phone call away. We know that your time is important. That’s why we strive to respond to your service requests quickly to complete the service on the first visit and work with your busy schedule.
